Which countries do you ship to?

We ship factory-direct to over 40 countries worldwide. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, contact us and we’ll confirm right away.

Is shipping really included in the price?

Yes. Every price includes door-to-door delivery and full customs clearance. The price you see is the price landed at your door — no surprise fees on arrival.

Do I have to deal with customs or import duties?

No. We handle customs clearance on our end. You don’t need to file paperwork or pay separate import charges.

How long does delivery take?

Typical delivery is about 2–3 weeks from order to your door, depending on your country.

What does “factory-direct” mean for me?

It means the equipment ships from the manufacturer to you, without distributor markup. You get professional-grade gear at the source price.

What’s included in the box?

Each splicer ships as a complete kit: the fusion splicer, fiber cleaver, drop-cable stripper, fiber stripper, power adapter and plug, spare electrodes, strap, cooling tray, cleaning brush, digital user manual and a carrying case.

What warranty do you offer?

Three years on the splicer, and one year on the battery and screen. If a covered part fails within the warranty period, we send you the replacement part. See our Warranty page for details.

How do returns work?

We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging with the complete set of accessories included. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. See our Returns page for the full policy.

Which fiber types do these splicers handle?

Our splicers work with common single-mode and multi-mode fibers (G.652, G.657 and similar). The X-910 adds automatic SM/MM fiber-type detection. Check each product’s specification table for exact compatibility.

Will the splicer work with my country’s power?

Yes. The included adapter accepts AC 100–240V (50/60Hz), and a power plug is provided. It works on standard mains worldwide.

How do I get technical support or firmware updates?

Contact our support team by phone or email. Firmware can be updated via the unit’s USB 2.0 port.
