Our Warranty

Every fusion splicer we sell is covered by a 3-year warranty. The battery and the screen are covered for 1 year.

If any covered part breaks during the warranty period, we will send you the replacement part — so you can get back to work with minimal downtime.

How to make a claim

Contact our support team with your order number and a short description (photos help) of the issue. We’ll confirm the fault and ship the replacement part to you.

Good to know

• Warranty covers defects in materials and normal-use functionality.
• Damage from misuse, accident, unauthorized repair, or normal wear of consumables (e.g. electrodes) is not covered.
• Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
